These terms explain how we handle website use and orders at CHOSHMA EXPRESS, a sunglasses brand based in Bangladesh. By using this website or confirming an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Orders & acceptance
Adding items to your bag or opening a WhatsApp message creates an enquiry, not a confirmed order. We confirm availability, your selection, delivery details and the final total in chat before accepting your order.
We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, product information is incorrect, customer details need correction, or delivery cannot be arranged to your location. We may ask for additional information to complete your order. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the full amount paid for that order.
Product information & pricing
We aim to present each product and its colours accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear, so a photo may look slightly different from the product in person. Please check the product details and ask us about fit or measurements before confirming.
All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). Listed prices may change before an order is confirmed. We will confirm the product price, delivery charge and any other applicable charges before you agree to the final total. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee that it is currently available.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by the laws of Bangladesh. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
